Food and farm co-ops are established to meet a need for their members and their larger community. They are mission driven organizations. When the board, staff and volunteers are working to grow and distribute the food, it’s easy to take your eye off the bigger financial picture. Financial management is a major ingredient to the success of co-operative enterprises. This webinar will review key financial reports and indicators to help you improve your co-op’s financial management. Bringing your co-op’s financial statements to this webinar is advised for getting the most out of this session. Presented by Russ Christianson.
